On Monday we wore red to take a stand against drugs. On Tuesday we had crazy hair and socks to: Be drug free from head to toe. On Wednesday we wore our favorite team shirt to : Give our team a high five and team up against drugs. We had Hands on Science and studied living and nonliving things. We measured and studied liters and mil liters. We made a moose in art with Ms. Reggie

We helped our first grade reading buddies learn about the forces of push and pull on the playground. We worked with kilograms. We measured a kilogram, compared a kilogram,decomposed a kilogram and used kilograms and grams to weigh objects in our classroom. We made terrariums to study the interaction of living and nonliving things. We celebrated Evan's birthday!
We read the Chalk Box Kid We looked for interactions between living and nonliving things outside. Ms. Natalie is great at combining the things we are learning about in class to dance.
The students had many strategies to use and worked cooperatively to solve some two step story problems. Tucker was in the Color Run with Ms. Cluff and other top Jog-a-Thon earners. Our art is hanging in the Sky Room.
